Runners Find Your Why!

Do you have that one friend that is always donning their workout headband? You could be out and about running errands or hitting up Starbucks and lo and behold your friend is at the counter in their workout headband and gear ready to go. Did you ever ask yourself why? Why do they work out all the time? Have you ever asked yourself that question?

    Running gets the juices flowing. Many people get light bulb ideas or inspiration while they are out on their runs. So don’t knock it until you try it. See if this will be your reason for going out to run.
  1. Strength
    A great thing about running is that it’s very straightforward. You put one foot in front of the other. Additionally, you can’t skip around during your run. That next mile cannot be completed until you finish your current mile. So, everything is in its right place and within an expected order. This gives many people strength because they know that whatever curve balls life throws at them, running will give them the serenity that they can always fall back on.
  1. Community
    They always say it’s important to find your tribe. Maybe your tribe is a group of runners. It doesn’t matter your level but your tribe can be people that run with each other and support each other. Plus, it’s always great to find another group of people to associate with that you can find a lot in common with.
